Engineering firm formTL specialises in innovative structures and sophisticated lightweight constructions. Their work includes structures made of classic materials such as steel and aluminium, as well as complex lightweight constructions made of so-called large cushions – air-filled elements made of highly stable ETFE films. This modern approach combines architecture, aesthetics and functionality in a particularly impressive way.

Building with ETFE film and large cushions is becoming increasingly interesting for architects and planners, as the material offers a wide range of possibilities for architectural design. At the same time, formTL's high level of planning expertise in the field of innovative load-bearing structures and lightweight constructions needed more visibility.

To achieve this, we designed and produced a professional promotional film for formTL – from the strategic concept and film shoot to the final edit. The film showcases the engineering firm, its structural design services and the unique potential of large EFTE cushions for modern architecture.
